Loomis increases office space

Engineering and consulting firm Loomis Austin Inc. has inked a new lease that nearly doubles its office space at the Centre II building in Southwest Austin.

The company, which has occupied a roughly 8,000-square-foot space at Centre I, now plans to relocate and expand its operations to a 14,184-square-foot space in the adjacent building starting in February.

Loomis provides engineering, land surveying and environmental consulting services to public and private clients statewide.

Casey Ford with CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the landlord in the lease deal and Maier Siebel Baber and Diann Cowling with Quick & Co. represented the tenant.
